چکیده
In addition to addressing important questions related disease pathogenesis, timely diagnosis, and adequate management, paediatric rheumatology research should address unmet patient needs. The aim is improve outcomes minimisation of long-term irreversible damage—aspects that are particularly relevant for diseases with childhood onset. Evidence-based recommendations patient-driven agendas scarce in due the challenges posed by ethical constraints, complex considerations about children's participation research, and, often, absence developmentally appropriate outcomes.

Introduction Systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis (sJIA) shares clinical features with classic monogenic autoinflammatory diseases, characterised by fevers, arthritis and evanescent rashes. Disease exacerbations are associated with elevated serum cytokine levels including 1L-1b, IL-6, and IL-18; and clinical response to anakinra, canakinumab and tocilizumab suggests that cytokine dysregulatio...

Thirty percent of CRM patients and 1 of 4 CR patients had > 3 mm synovial thickening, suggestive for active synovit...
